Additional Drivers

You may add ONE person to a rental for a fee of $25.00 (spouses are free). Additional driver must be present at the time of the rental and must meet all of the qualifications as the primary renter.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 25 years old to rent any of our vehicles.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice prior to the start of the rental.

Any rental canceled less than 48 hours prior to the start of the rental is subject to ONE FULL DAY RENTAL charge plus all applicable taxes.

Damage Deposit Requirements

There is a $2,500 Damage deposit for any of our vehicles.   The damage deposit must be placed prior to your rental.   The following are accepted for deposit: VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. An authorization will be placed onto your credit card which will freeze the amount on your total credit line for 2-5 business days. After this period, you will then receive your credit line back. At least 50% of the damage deposit must be placed on your credit card.

Driving Area Restrictions

All vehicles are allowed only in California.   Some exceptions may apply.   However, all vehicles are specifically prohibited from entering Mexico.

Hours of Operation

Mon-Fri     8:00am to 8:00pm.

Saturday   10:00am to 8:00pm.

Sunday     10:00am to 4:00pm.

Insurance

All renters must have full coverage (comprehensive and collision) on their current car insurance policy to rent from us with liability limits of at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 to qualify. Switching from less insurance coverage to these levels may be much LESS expensive than you think and can be done with a quick call to your insurance agent.   You must also have had your policy active with the same insurance company for at least 3 months. We do not accept rental customers who have a high risk insurance rating (SR).

Miles

All rentals come with 100 free miles per day.   Each additional mile thereafter is charged at $1 per mile.

On the Day of Your Rental

On the day of your rental, you will need to bring the following: 1) Valid driver's license 2) Proof of insurance card and 3) Credit card.

Orientation

We require that all first time renters go through a short 10-15 minute orientation on the vehicle that they will be renting.   This is done so that you will be familiar on how to operate the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

Payment Methods

OC Luxury Auto Rentals, LLC accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.   Once you make a reservation with us, a reservation confirmation will be mailed to your address that will confirm your rental date(s) and time(s).

Rates

All rates are subject to change without notice. Special Offers may expire at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone rental due to severe weather, past driving record or any other reason that may jeopardize your safety as well as that of the vehicle.

Vehicle Delivery/Drop-off

OC Luxury Auto Rentals, LLC will deliver/pick-up the rental car for free within 15 miles of Newport Beach, including theJohn Wayne, Orange County Airport.   We can also deliver to your hotel, home, or business. Your Driving Record

You may not have had your license revoked, had a DUI, DWI, suspension or any other criminal conviction within the last 5 years.   You must have a valid driver's license to rent.   We run DMV reports on every renter.
